The History of Warriner Hall
Warriner Hall since being established in 1927 has served as the main image of Central Michigan University. The hall was dedicated to the president of the school at the time Eugene Warriner. When it was originally established, the hall was home to the English, History, Speech, Mathematics, Foreign Languages, Psychology and Education, and Music Department. It also held a magnificent library. A women's commons and cafeteria, university mailroom, radio station, and savings bank were also located inside. Over time other academic building took on these responsibilities and Warriner is now a administrative building. The beautiful architecture and size of Warriner Hall is what makes it such a beautiful sight on campus.
